One of the only few water supply projects implemented on PPP basis in India, the project involves construction of Intake, Pump House, Water Treatment Plant and Elevated Service Reservoirs, along with a comprehensive distribution system to supply potable water to over 300 manufacturing units in Dewas Industrial Area.

Welspun Enterprises' efficient project management and execution capabilities ensured the EPC works of the project was completed as per contractual schedule in 15 months.

For efficient power consumption and minimal human interface, we have implemented advanced SCADA automation for plant operations, which is contributing towards optimisation of cost and time.

As part of our digitalization efforts, all metering of water consumptions at users' end is through automated water metering system for efficient and timely billing. We have also implemented digital bill generation and payment mechanisms.

Continuous water supply has enabled several new companies to set up their manufacturing units in Dewas, leading to development and growth of the region.

The project has been recognized for 'Outstanding Contribution in Urban Infrastructure (Water Project)' by EPC World Awards in 2023.
