Mr. Sandeep Garg is a prominent figure in the industry with a long and varied experience of over four decades. He has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Roorkee and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program. Prior to joining Welspun, he had worked extensively in India and overseas in various capacities including heading companies delivering projects in road, elevated roads, power, irrigation, oil & gas, and process plants. He has been leading Welspun Enterprises and its associate companies since 2012 and has contributed significantly towards the growth of the organisation.

As a key business leader at the Welspun World (Group MD), Mr. Rajesh R. Mandawewala has enabled the organization's expansion and global reach in over 50 countries. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he has a rich experience of over 30 years in industries varying from textiles to SAW pipes. He strongly believes in driving innovation through continuous research and product developments, catering to the current and future needs of customers.

Mr. S Madhavan is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and has around 38 years of experience in Accountancy, Economics, Finance, Law, Information Technology, Human Resources, Risk Management, Business Management and Banking. He has served as a Senior Partner and Executive Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers for several years and has held several senior positions there. He started his career with Hindustan Unilever Limited where he spent several years in the 1980s. In addition to this, he has also been the President, Northern Region, Indo American Chamber of Commerce and the Co-Chairman of the Taxation Committee, ASSOCHAM.

He is on various eminent Boards, namely, Eicher Motors Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, Procter & Gamble Health Limited, Sterlite Technologies Limited, HCL Technologies Limited, etc.

Dr. Aruna Sharma is a Retd. IAS Officer with areas of specialisation that include Information Technology and its use in Banking, Big Data & Cyber Security, Steel and Core Sector, Business Models, Convergence of Resources for Outcome and Rural Development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Science, Master of Arts degree in English Literature and a Master's degree in Development Studies from University of Bath, United Kingdom and is a PhD in Development Economics from Delhi University.

Mr. Raghav Chandra is a member of the Indian Administrative Service. During his tenure, he was Secretary to the Government of India and has held many important positions such as Chairman of the National Highways Authority of India and Principal Secretary, Urban Development. He has a Master of Public Administration degree from Harvard University, USA where he was an Edward S Mason Fellow and a Joint Japan/World Bank scholar. An alumnus of St. Stephens College, New Delhi, he has been a National Science Talent Scholar. His areas of specialization include Infrastructure and Urban Development/Management, Public-Private Partnerships, Public Administration and Governance. He is a writer, published author and adjunct faculty with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.

Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and has experience of more than 40 years. His areas of specialisation include Civil Engineering, Consultancy, Real Estate Development, Redevelopment of old Complexes, Merger and Acquisitions & Project Management Consultancy. He was conferred "Doctor of Philosophy" (Honoris Causa) - Chancellor, Singhania University by virtue of his attaining eminence in the field of Construction Engineering & Management. He has served as Chairman & Managing Director of NBCC (India) Limited from 2013 to 2019. Under his leadership, the Company achieved the prestigious Navratna status in 2014.

Mr. Abhishek Chaudhary is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Gold medalist in Law. He brings with him over two decades of rich experience in policy formulation, strategy implementation, project execution, marketing, and operations in collaboration with both State and Central Government. His experience includes managing large-scale infrastructure project(s), project financing, and public-private partnerships. Additionally, he has played a critical role in corporate governance, legal and secretarial matters, solidifying his proficiency in corporate governance.

Mr. Chaudhary has led major projects and marketing initiatives, demonstrating excellence in project management, legal affairs, and government liaison. His contributions to key national initiatives, such as the National Industrial Corridor Development Programme, PM GatiShakti National Master Plan, Logistics Data Bank (LDB), Unified Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP), India International Convention and Expo Centre "Yashobhoomi", reflect his comprehensive understanding of working within various government departments and organizations, further strengthening his leadership profile.

Mr. Yogen Lal has more than 3 decades of experience across various verticals in the field of infrastructure such as buildings, irrigation, underground metros and water. He has been in senior leadership positions for the past 15 years. He holds a Bachelors of Civil Engineering Degree from VJTI, Mumbai University.

Mr. Asim Chakraborty is a Civil Engineer with over 40 years of invaluable experience in Civil Construction, including industrial and road projects, in India and USA. He has been associated with Welspun World for the last three decades in various capacities. As the inaugural Chief Operating Officer of Welspun Enterprises' Road vertical, he played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of esteemed projects such as Delhi Meerut Expressway (DME), Chutmalpur-Ganeshpur and Roorkee-Chutmalpur-Gagalheri (CGRG), Gagalheri-Saharanpur-Yamunanagar (GSY), Chikhali-Tarsod (CTHPL), Maharashra Amravati Package (AM2) and Mukarba Chowk-Panipat (MCP) in the past.

Mr. Arunav Baruah is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience at Welspun World. He began his journey with the Group in 1993 as a Project Procurement Officer in the Terry Towel division. In 1996, he transitioned to Welspun Gujarat Stahl Rohren Ltd. (now WCL), where he dedicated over two decades until January 2022 handling Raw Materials, Consumables & CPCM.

He then moved to Welspun Enterprises Ltd. as Senior Vice President & Head of Supply Chain Management (SCM) for the Water vertical, playing a crucial role in establishing and streamlining the SCM team and processes.

Before joining Welspun, he was associated with Assam Carbon Products Ltd. and Prag Bosimi Synthetics Ltd. in various capacities. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Cotton College, Guwahati, and an MBA in Marketing from the Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), New Delhi.

Mr. Lalit Jain is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant with close to three decades of experience across diverse sectors. He is associated with Welspun Group since the past 11 years. Prior to that, he was associated with Essar Projects, Reliance Communications and Sharp Industries in various capacities.
