As a key business leader at the Welspun World (Group MD), Mr. Rajesh R. Mandawewala has enabled the organization's expansion and global reach in over 50 countries. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he has a rich experience of over 30 years in industries varying from textiles to SAW pipes. He strongly believes in driving innovation through continuous research and product developments, catering to the current and future needs of customers.

Mrs. Dipali Goenka is the CEO & Managing Director of Welspun India Limited (WIL), one of country's largest home textiles exporter and home solutions company.

Dipali is an eloquent leader, who transformed the textile business with her innovative ideas and set up an enterprise that has been erstwhile conservative, male dominated manufacturing industry. Working with her peers, she is leading her company to empower Women and provide them with growth opportunities. With a strong belief of how educating women has a direct impact on the upliftment of the community, Dipali has been transforming lives and continues to dedicate efforts to this aspect/cause.

She has been recognized as Most Powerful Business Leader by Business Today very recently, 16th most powerful woman in Asia and 4th in India by Forbes in 2016.

Mr. S Madhavan is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and has around 38 years of experience in Accountancy, Economics, Finance, Law, Information Technology, Human Resources, Risk Management, Business Management and Banking. He has served as a Senior Partner and Executive Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers for several years and has held several senior positions there. He started his career with Hindustan Unilever Limited where he spent several years in the 1980s. In addition to this, he has also been the President, Northern Region, Indo American Chamber of Commerce and the Co-Chairman of the Taxation Committee, ASSOCHAM.

He is on various eminent Boards, namely, Eicher Motors Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, Procter & Gamble Health Limited, Sterlite Technologies Limited, HCL Technologies Limited, etc.

Dr. Aruna Sharma is a Retd. IAS Officer with areas of specialisation that include Information Technology and its use in Banking, Big Data & Cyber Security, Steel and Core Sector, Business Models, Convergence of Resources for Outcome and Rural Development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Science, Master of Arts degree in English Literature and a Master's degree in Development Studies from University of Bath, United Kingdom and is a PhD in Development Economics from Delhi University.

Mr. Raghav Chandra is a member of the Indian Administrative Service. During his tenure, he was Secretary to the Government of India and has held many important positions such as Chairman of the National Highways Authority of India and Principal Secretary, Urban Development. He has a Master of Public Administration degree from Harvard University, USA where he was an Edward S Mason Fellow and a Joint Japan/World Bank scholar. An alumnus of St. Stephens College, New Delhi, he has been a National Science Talent Scholar. His areas of specialization include Infrastructure and Urban Development/Management, Public-Private Partnerships, Public Administration and Governance. He is a writer, published author and adjunct faculty with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.

Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and has experience of more than 40 years. His areas of specialisation include Civil Engineering, Consultancy, Real Estate Development, Redevelopment of old Complexes, Merger and Acquisitions & Project Management Consultancy. He was conferred "Doctor of Philosophy" (Honoris Causa) - Chancellor, Singhania University by virtue of his attaining eminence in the field of Construction Engineering & Management. He has served as Chairman & Managing Director of NBCC (India) Limited from 2013 to 2019. Under his leadership, the Company achieved the prestigious Navratna status in 2014.

Mr. Sudhir Mital is a former member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS: 1978) from Punjab Cadre. He has had an illustrious career of more than four decades in public service, spanning across sectors such as food safety and agriculture to developmental financing of Small and Medium Enterprises to corporate governance and market regulator, both at the State as well as at the Centre. He brings with him rich professional experience in Strategic Management and Planning, Public Policy, Corporate Governance and Sustainable Development. He was Special Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and played the role of a key functionary engaged in the evolution of Companies Bill, 2013. He has superannuated from GOI as Secretary Fertilizers.

Mr. Yogen Lal has more than 3 decades of experience across various verticals in the field of infrastructure such as buildings, irrigation, underground metros and water. He has been in senior leadership positions for the past 15 years. He holds a Bachelors of Civil Engineering Degree from VJTI, Mumbai University.

Mr. Asim Chakraborty is a Civil Engineer with over 40 years of invaluable experience in Civil Construction, including industrial and road projects, in India and USA. He has been associated with Welspun World for the last three decades in various capacities. As the inaugural Chief Operating Officer of Welspun Enterprises' Road vertical, he played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of esteemed projects such as Delhi Meerut Expressway (DME), Chutmalpur-Ganeshpur and Roorkee-Chutmalpur-Gagalheri (CGRG), Gagalheri-Saharanpur-Yamunanagar (GSY), Chikhali-Tarsod (CTHPL), Maharashra Amravati Package (AM2) and Mukarba Chowk-Panipat (MCP) in the past.

Mr. Lalit Jain is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant with close to three decades of experience across diverse sectors. He is associated with Welspun Group since the past 11 years. Prior to that, he was associated with Essar Projects, Reliance Communications and Sharp Industries in various capacities.

With a rich experience of over 33 years across diverse industry sectors and roles, Mr. Rajesh Jain specializes in organization development, talent acquisition & management, employee relations, employer branding, developing and handling Human Capital management systems & application of AI, data analytics in HR domain, dealing with matters pertaining to Board of Directors, compensation, benefits and rewards policies and practices, in addition to ESG, CSR and general administration. He has successfully handled P&L, Strategy and Planning, Program Management and Technical Service Management roles in the past. His ability to deliver results, foster stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with industry standards makes him a valuable asset to the organization. Prior to Welspun Enterprises, he has worked with Xerox India, Eaton Corporation, Suzlon Energy Limited and Srei Finance. Rajesh is an MBA from ICFAI University and an Electronics Engineer from Government Engineering College, Ujjain.
